Staff mode: "shop as customer"
- Customer search replaces the login box and loads the customer’s saved addresses into the recipient picker.
- Instead of checking out, a Send is created in the app to send an invoice or complete the draft order.
- Works well for phone orders and for bundles or customizations that are hard to reproduce in a spreadsheet.
